I started my Paint-Free Dent Repair (PDR) career in 1996, repairing dents, dings, and expanded into Hail Damaged vehicles shortly after.

I have repaired Hail Damaged vehicles in countless cities across the USA for Automobile Dealerships and body shops. I also have been on 3 other continents of the world repairing Hail Damaged vehicles throughout my career. I have spent several months at a time at each catastrophe hail storm repairing hail damaged vehicles in Australia, France, Switzerland, South Africa, and of course the United States of America, repairing vehicles for all insurance companies until all claims were completed. I have performed these repairs in multiple body shops and new car dealerships.

I have also repaired hail damaged vehicles at a BMW manufacturing plant and a Nissan manufacturing plant on 2 continents. Each vehicle was stringently quality controlled by multiple factory managers under light tunnels to ensure all vehicles were flawless before being shipped out to dealerships.
